Judy – Herringbone Triple Twist – Indigo

The Herringbone Triple Twist is a 7.75oz Japanese cotton fabric woven with a unique three-ply melange yarn. Each yarn is spun from multiple shades of cotton, creating a subtle variation in tone that gives the fabric its three-dimensional depth. The herringbone weave enhances this effect with its signature V-shaped pattern, often seen in vintage workwear and military uniforms for its strength and visual texture.

While its appearance is reminiscent of wool, the fabric is made from 100% cotton, offering a soft touch and breathable comfort with none of the itchiness associated with wool. The triple twist yarn construction not only adds visual complexity but also gives the cloth a slightly heavier drape and increased durability compared to standard single-ply cotton weaves.
